Todd Clingan

Todd is a fourth generation builder with two decades of experience in the construction industry. He started out working for his dad, a general contractor, in high school and over the years, has been involved in all aspects of a new home build, from groundbreaking to move in. In 2015, he started his own company, Todd Clingan Construction, where he continued to work in general contracting while also expanding to include other projects, such as custom woodworking and cabinetry. He takes pride in delivering exceptional products to his clients and is excited to partner with his brother to bring the well-known quality of a Clingan-built home to the next generation of home owners. Todd is married and has 4 children.

Jeff Clingan
Co-founder/Owner

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Geneva College, Jeff has honed a meticulous approach to building that seamlessly integrates technical precision with timeless design. His educational background not only enhances his understanding of structural integrity and efficiency but also fuels his drive to innovate within the home building industry. Before focusing exclusively on residential projects, Jeff gained invaluable experience in large-scale commercial construction at one of Pittsburgh’s largest general contractors. This experience equipped him with a broad perspective on managing complex projects, adhering to timelines, and collaborating effectively with diverse teams. At heart, Jeff is a family man. He cherishes his role as a husband and father to three wonderful children.
